You can assign this models to AI, anims will work. However, it is using default Crysis anims, so they can bug a bit.

Installation guide:

1. Go to your Crysis game folder -> Electronic Arts -> Crytek -> Crysis -> Game.
   
2. Copy the downloaded object file into the current game folder (Game).
   
3. Use Grunt from AI folder (Rollup Bar->Entities->AI)
   
4. Change the model to i.e. "Helena_Rosenthal_ai.cdf". Models are located in Objects/characters/human/story/Helena_Rosental and Objects/characters/human/story/Female_scientist
   
5. You can change it is side using species bar: 0 - player, US; 1 - koreans; 3 - aliens.
