The Polishing Weevils Mod Team has released a new very big update on their upcoming "Obsidian Edge 2 MOD" for Crysis. Next to a completely new homepage that appears in new design and with new content they also released their first monthly update . Each of these updates will include a feature focus and a media update of selected completed content.

The first feature focus is an introduction of the team itself as well as an overview of the process to create this mod. While some folks have heard of them and seen their first mod, many will be unfamiliar with the team and what they are trying to accomplish. But see yourself and enjoy the new information :)

Das Polishing Weevils Mod Team veröffentlichte endlich ein großes Update über ihre kommende "Obsidian Edge 2 MOD" für Crysis. Neben einer komplett neuen Homepage die in neuem Design und mit neuem Inhalt erstrahlt, wurde auch das erste monatlich kommende Update publik gemacht. Jedes dieser Updates wird zwei Sachen beinhalten. Einmal einen sogenannten Feature Focus in dem neue Features erklärt werden. Und zum anderen ein Media Update von komplett fertiggestelltem ingame Material.

Der erste Feature Focus besteht aus der Vorstellung des Teams selbst und einem Überblick wie diese Mod erstellt wird. Während einige Spieler schon von den Jungs gehört haben, gibt es dennoch einige unter euch die noch nichts über das Team wissen und was sie versuchen zu Erreichen. Aber seht selbst und freut euch über die neuen Informationen :)

Unser Mitglied "pissdrunx1987" hat wieder mal was nettes aufgetan...

Dieses Paket beinhaltet zwei PDF Dateien. Die eine nennt sich "Einfach anders sein..." und ist ein Auschnitt aus dem EA Magazin. Es gibt einen guten Einblick was bei CryTek alles abgeht.

Das andere PDF Dokument beinhaltet 11 CryTek Pressefotos.

Far Cry Patch to Version 1.4 is available.

General changes:
* Added Remakes from ASSAULT-Maps (Project FiXit)
* Closed more security holes
* Added Joypad-Support
* Some console commands are deactive ingame. They're only available in DEV-Mode now.
