Nice large Island with a lot of Spawn Points, a Naval Factory and an War Factory. Both teams have the ability to get air vehicles. The 4 Energy Sites grants you a good and balanced gameplay. The full time of day dependant environment gives you an greate game experience.

The Special Edition (Island SE) contains some new features like automatic gates, flying NK fighters and new Alien Energy Site HUD effects. The gates are placed at the NK Base, the Prototype Factory and at the Naval Factory. The Energy Site effect will turn off all functions of your Nano Suite, if you come 2 times too close to an alien. Do not panic, the suite will be reactivated after 20 seconds. This is very interesting in close combats at Energy Sites.

Island SE ist eine grosse PS Map mit 4 Alien Kraftwerken und vielen Spawn Bunkern. Den Aliens sollte man aber nicht zu nahe kommen, wenn doch, dann schalten sie den Nano Anzug für 20 Sekunden aus. Die Map enthält auch unter DX9 einen vollen Tag-Nacht Wechsel in 60 Minuten und jetzt auch mit Mondbewegung. Die Lichtverhältnisse sind sehr realistisch ...also Nachtsichtgerät nicht vergessen! Genug der Worte, teste die Map einfach!
