Trion Worlds and Crytek to Join Forces for the Highly Anticipated Warface in the West

Crytek UK Named Best Business in Regional Awards

Crytek’s UK studio, based in Nottingham, England, has picked up the top prize in an awards ceremony that honors outstanding businesses in the area.

Crytek UK was one of three companies in the running for the Business Innovation Award at the 2012 Nottingham Post Business Awards, and was ultimately named winner by a panel of judges tasked with singling out the company that had most successfully converted novel ideas into success in the marketplace.

Crysis 3 Scoops Top E3 Awards and Remains in the Running for More



Crytek’s slick upcoming shooter, Crysis 3, is in line for the prestigious title of Best Action Game in the E3 Game Critic Awards after being added to a shortlist of five titles that wowed the gaming press at E3 2012. The nomination is one of 27 that the groundbreaking game has received based on its E3 showing, with five awards already having being clinched. Those wins include: Game Informer Best of Show; Electric Playground Best of E3; PC Gamer Most Valuable Game; Now Gamer Best Graphics and Tweaktown Best Game of E3.

The Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles is the biggest event in the games industry’s calendar and the platform via which some of the most significant announcements of the year are traditionally made. Naturally, Crytek have been in attendance at E3 this week to share our own exciting news, offer glimpses of upcoming games and let press go hands-on with Crytek titles slated for release in the near future.

The expo gave gamers the chance to see more of Crysis 3 – the latest installment in the ground-breaking FPS series, scheduled for release in February 2013.
