Dieser geht bis zum 15.03.2009, er basiert auf Crysis Wars im 1on1 Modus. Also macht mit!

Auf Jungs und Mädels... nun könnt ihr Crytek unterstützen!!!

We've just got word that we've been nominated in 2 different categories in the Fileplanet.com best of 2008! You guys can decide how well Crytek does by simply visiting the links below and selecting us as your favourites in the categories provided.

Best Demo of 2008
The Crysis Wars Trial was nominated in the 'Best Demo of 2008'. We've always wanted to be able to give you guys a chance to try out Crysis Wars, even if you haven't got Crysis Warhead yet. Wars has had 2 trial periods so far, both of which have been successful, not only in boosting player numbers and visitors to MyCrysis.com but also in raising awareness of the title as a whole.

Best Patch of 2008
Crysis Wars Patch 1.3 was also nominated this year for 'Best Patch of 2008'. Patch 1.3 was our special Holiday gift to our community, with a few fixes implemented, but more importantly 2 great maps from the Wars level design team. Just because we wanted to give you guys an extra taste of what goes on here at the Crytek office, we also gave the map makers the chance to introduce themselves in the form of 2 introduction videos.

Einige von euch wussten bereits davon, andere eher nicht.

Die Rede ist von der Crysis Maximum Edition, die Anfang März das Licht der Welt erblicken wird.



Diese "Maximum" Edition beinhaltet Crysis, Crysis Warhead und Crysis Wars... laut Amazon.com leider nichts weiteres!

Unsere Empfehlung ist, die Crysis Special Edition und Warhead separat zu kaufen, da hat man in der Special Edition noch das Making Of und den Soundtrack. Diese beiden Extras, sind ja laut bisherigen Infos nicht mit dabei.

Free Radical Design´s Scriptwriter Rob Yescombe hat dem Magazin 1up bestätigt, dass das Studio Free Radical Design von Crytek aufgekauft wurde.

Free Radical ist Entwickler von Haze, Time Splitters u.A. - Sie hatten Ende 2008 Insolvenz beantragt.

Voodoo Extreme 3D picked Crysis Warhead for one of the best and brightest games of 2008.

At Voodoo Extreme's 2008 Game of the Year Awards Crysis Warhead took the award for "Best Graphics". It thus directly succeeded to Crysis, last year’s winner in the graphics-category.

The VE 3D Awards cover a wide range of gaming with 16 categories spread across many gaming platforms and genres.
